What is it about Valentine's day? Why did I wake up this morning, feeling all giddy? I don't understand it, because I've never been a big fan of Valentine's day: to me, it's just another special day that's been turned into a gift buying frenzy.
Why should there be only one day, where you have to let your significant other know that you love them? Tell them every day!
That's what my brain tells me, and yet, I can't help feeling all romantic and what not...Anyways, Loverboy and I never really celebrated Valentine's day. We did our first, like, two years together, but after that, being students and all didn't allow us to go all out on gifts or dinners or whatever. Same thing goes for this year. However, if we had decided to go out this evening, I would have worn an outfit like this one :)

C'est quoi le truc avec la St-Valentin? Pourquoi me suis-je réveillée ce matin en me sentant toute énervée? Je ne comprends pas ce qui ce passe, car je n'ai jamais été une grande fan de la St-Valentin : pour moi, ce n'est qu'une autre journée spéciale qui a été transformée en grande frénésie de magasinage.
Pourquoi y aurait-il une seule journée où l'on doit dire à notre autre moitié qu'on l'aime? Disons-le chaque jour!
C'est ce que mon cerveau me dit, et pourtant, je ne peux m'empêcher de me sentir pleine de romantisité (est-ce même un mot?) et tout ça... En tous les cas, Loverboy et moi-même ne célébrons pas vraiment la St-Valentin. On le faisait lors de nos premiers deux ans ensemble, mains après cela, le fait que nous sommes des étudiants ne nous permettait pas de devenir fou avec les cadeaux et les dîners ou peu importe. C'est la même chose cette année. Cependant, si nous avions décidé de sortir ce soir, j'aurais probablement porté une tenue un peu comme celle-ci :)
